Return Procedure

  1. Inspect the package at delivery:

    • Open the parcel in front of the delivery personnel.

    • If damaged or if there are shortages, mention the issue on the delivery slip (POD) along with your name, contact number, and signature.

  2. Send us the scanned copy of the signed delivery document and return the parcel to us.

  3. Once we receive and verify the returned item within 5 days, we will initiate the refund or replacement within 5 days.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

Shipping Charges
